Lord Darzi

Lord Ara Darzi is currently the Chairman of the Accelerated Access Collaborative at the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence.
He is also the Vice Chairman at Sidra Medical & Research Center and the Executive Chairman at the World Innovation Summit For Health.
Additionally, Dr. Darzi serves as the Chairman of Montai Health, Inc. and holds the position of Chair of Surgery and Director of the Hamlyn Centre at Imperial College London.
He is a Non-Executive Director at NHS Improvement and a Council Member at The Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council.
Dr. Darzi has previously served as an Independent Director at Evelo Biosciences, Inc. from 2018 to 2023.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from Trinity College.
