She has extensive experience with sourcing, execution, and management of direct investments.
Magdalena started her professional career at BlackRock Investment Management and spent part of her career at SwissRe and BlueOrchard Finance (member of the Schroders Group) where she was responsible for the execution of private equity investments in the financial services and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Helvetica Capital, Magdalena worked as a Senior M&A Manager at Holcim, where she was involved in several M&A transactions globally in the building materials industry.
Magdalena Zatorska holds a master’s degree in Global Finance (MSc) from the City University of London and a number of professional finance qualifications in Private Equity and Venture Capital.
