Mr. Marc Demicheli joined TCR Capital in 2001.
While at TCR Capital, Mr. Demicheli originated and managed the LBOs of Nocibé, Générale de Protection and CH-Pharma.
Prior to TCR Capital, he establiched PPM Ventures' Paris office, and completed two transactions as Principal, Moliflor Loisirs and Orefi, a leading industrial supplies distributor.
Between 1996 and 1998, Mr. Demicheli was a Partner at Charterhouse SA, the French subsidiary of Charterhouse Development Capital, where he completed one transaction as Principal (Domoservices).
Prior to this, he worked at LBO France SA, where he was a Partner from 1989 to 1996.
He completed six investments as Principal during this period in sectors which included building materials, packaging, and electrical equipment.
Mr. Demicheli began his career with JP Morgan in 1983, as part of the New York and subsequently Paris M&A team.
He acted as an adviser to both large French and international clients.
While at JP Morgan, he also acted as an adviser to the French Treasury on several privatisation mandates, including that of Crédit Commercial de France.
Mr. Demicheli holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris (ENSCP) and an MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC).
He currently sits on the boards of Nocibé, Scaff'Holding, Ch-Pharma, Générale de Protection, Thermocoax, and Locatel.
