Marc G Puglia

Marc Puglia is Providence's chief financial officer and a managing director based in our Providence office.
Mr. Puglia is currently a director of Merganser Capital Management.
Prior to joining Providence in 2009, Mr. Puglia was a senior manager at KPMG in the economic and valuation services group.
Previously, Mr. Puglia held various finance and consulting positions at The Stanley Works and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Puglia received a Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac School of Law, a Master in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.
