Anderson is Vice President of Business Development for Xoma Ltd., which she joined in February 2008.
She was Executive Director of Global Licensing and Business Development for Oncology at Merck-Serono International SA. Ms. Anderson has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
She was Senior Director of Corporate Development for MorphoSys AG, where she was charged with growing the antibody discovery business.
She also held business development positions at Agensys, Inc. and Bayer AG.
Ms. Anderson worked in Research for Chiron and Gen-Probe.
She received an MBA from St. Mary's College of California and a BS degree in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
