Michael A. Walker

Michael A. Walker is currently the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at North American Electric Reliability Corp.
He is also a Strategic Advisory Board Member at EnerTech Capital Partners and a member of the Industry Advisory Board at California Mobility Center.
Previously, Mr. Walker worked as the Deputy General Counsel at NG US I, Inc. He also served as the Deputy General Counsel at KeySpan Corp.
from 2005 to 2007.
Additionally, he held the position of Vice President at KeySpan Services, Inc. Before that, Mr. Walker was a Partner at Buchanan Ingersoll PC from 1995 to 2001 and at McManimon & Scotland LLC from 1987 to 1995.
He also worked as the Deputy General Counsel at National Grid USA from 2007 to 2009.
In terms of education, Mr. Walker completed his undergraduate degree at Clark University and obtained his graduate degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
