Michael C. Brant

Michael C.
Brant became our Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in May 2003.
Prior to that, he was our Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from October 2002 until May 2003.
Before joining us, from November 1999 until January 2002, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aviation Sales Company, where he helped lead that company through a significant restructuring of its operations and capital structure.
He also served as a consultant to Aviation Sales from January 2002 until April 2002.
Prior to joining Aviation Sales, from April 1999 to October 1999, he was a Vice President of Becker Professional Services and, for more than five years prior thereto, he held senior financial positions at John Alden Life Insurance Company, the principal subsidiary of John Alden Financial Corporation.
Additionally, before joining John Alden, he held various positions, including senior manager, for a period of nine years with Price Waterhouse.
He is a certified public accountant.
