Michael F. McGarry

Prior to joining J.
& W.
Seligman & Co. in 1990., Mr. McGarry was with Union Data Service Center, Inc. (now known as Seligman Data Services).
He began there in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative and in 1988 became Supervisor of Shareholder Services.
After joining Seligman as an Institutional Portfolio Administrator in 1990, he became Vice President in 1996 and was named a Managing Director in January of 2002.
Mr. McGarry received his B.S.
degree in Finance from The College of Staten Island of the City University of New York.
