Michael J.
Luttati is a Member of the Executive Committee of Photronics.
He served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Photronics, Inc. from June 2005 to July 21, 2008.
Prior to joining Photronics, Mr. Luttati was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Axcelis Technologies, Inc. from January 2002 to May 2005.
He was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Axcelis from January 2000 to January 2002.
Mr. Luttati was Vice President-Worldwide Field Operations of Axcelis from November 1998 to December 1999.
He was Vice President-North America Field Operations for Teradyne, Inc. from February 1996 to November 1998.
Mr. Luttati received a BS degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1977.
