Nai Wei Chen

Nai Wei Chen founded Shanghai Jintiancheng Law Firm in 1999, where he is working as Senior Partner from 1999.
Dr. Chen also currently works at China Law Association on Science & Technology, as Vice Chairman, China Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, as Chairman, SAIC Motor Corp.
Ltd., as Independent Director from 2021, and various other companies.
Dr. Chen also formerly worked at ZTE Corp., as Independent Director from 2010 to 2015, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd., as Independent Non-Executive Director, Shanghai Kinlita Chemical Co., Ltd., as Independent Non-Executive Director, and various other companies.
Dr. Chen received his doctorate degree in 2007 from Macau University of Science & Technology, doctorate degree from Macau University of Science & Technology, and undergraduate degree in 1983 from East China University of Political Science & Law.
