Nii Amoo

Nii is a Principal at Solon Capital Partners, focused primarily on evaluating new investments and completing transactions.
He is also involved in Solon's fundraising process, and leads various strategic projects within Solon's portfolio companies.
Before joining Solon in 2019, Nii held several management roles in the semiconductor industry, including with KLA-Tencor in the USA and Ireland, and with ASML in the Netherlands, USA, Singapore and Taiwan.
Prior to his experience in the semiconductor industry, Nii was a post-doctoral fellow in Physics at the University of Cambridge.
Nii graduated with BSc in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Physics from the University of Leeds and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
