R. Clay Etheridge

Clay Etheridge, was appointed President of Willbros International, Inc. in January 2005.
Among other corporate responsibilities, Etheridge is responsible for international operations including broad oversight of construction and marine activities in West Africa, both onshore and offshore.
Etheridge, formerly an executive officer of a major marine construction services firm and later an industry consultant, has over 25 years of experience in domestic and international construction.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
