Rachel L. Bruce

Ms. Bruce has been with Covenant Capital Group since the formation in 2001.
From 1998 to 2001, she was with Brookside Properties, Inc. as a Closing Manager.
She was involved in all aspects of apartment acquisitions with responsibilities including: negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and obtaining financing.
From 1995 to 1998, Ms. Bruce worked in the commercial brokerage division of Insignia Capital Advisors.
She was involved in the disposition of office, retail, and multi-family assets.
From 1993 to 1995, she was with First Command assisting in financial planning and investing.
