Rajalakshmi Vaidyanathan

Rajalakshmi is a Vice President with TCF.
She brings with her, more than 12 years of experience in the financial services domain in roles spanning debt and equity markets.
In her last assignment, she was Regional Head (South) of L&T Financial Services, responsible for P&L of the wholesale business in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.
Prior to L&T Finance, she was a part of the Investment Banking team of SBI Capital Markets, where she has extensive experience in end-to-end management of capital market transactions.
Rajalakshmi is an MBA from IIFT (Delhi) and also holds a bachelors’ degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
She has been a professional classical dancer, having learnt the art for more than 15 years.
She is passionate about dance and music.
Come December, you can catch her in the Chennai music/dance circles! Raji (as most people call her) also loves travelling and baking desserts.
She spends her weekends doing fun and recreational activities with her 5-year-old!
