Reynato Serrano Puno is currently the Vice Chairman of GMA Kapuso Foundation, Inc., Chairman of Gerry Roxas Foundation, Chairman of Philippine Bible Society, Vice Chairman of World Vision Philippines, Chairman of Environmental Heroes Foundation, Chairman of Genwatt Solar Energy Solutions, Chairman of World Vision Development Foundation, Inc., Chairman of Cyberscool Defcon, Inc., and Independent Director of San Miguel Brewery, Inc. He is also an Independent Director of San Miguel Corp., Independent Non-Executive Director of San Miguel Brewery HK Ltd., Director of New Standards Ltd., Independent Commissioner of PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, Member-Regents Board of Manuel L.
Quezon University, and Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
Dr. Puno has previously served as Vice Chairman of Apex Mining Co., Inc., Chairman of Philippine Bible Society, Independent Director of Union Bank of the Philippines, Independent Director of Manila Bulletin Publishing Corp., Director of Manila Standard Newspaper, Director of Kamahalan Publishing Corp., Independent Director of Marcventures Holdings, Inc., Member-Regents Board of the University of the Philippines, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
He has also been an Associate Justice of the Philippine Judiciary Foundation.
Dr. Puno's education includes a graduate degree from Southern Methodist University in 1967, a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1968, a doctorate degree from the University of Illinois, and a graduate degree from the University of the Philippines in 1962.
