Rich Prado

Mr. Rich Prado is Vice President at Sterling Venture Partners and Vice President at Sterling Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Sterling Partners in 2009, Mr. Pado worked ten years at Coca-Cola FEMSA in Mexico City and in Costa Rica.
His previous responsibilities in the corporate office at Coca-Cola FEMSA included the evaluation of potential growth alternatives in Latin America, deal execution and coordination of the strategic business plan processes.
He led the operating planning area for the Latin Center Division overseeing the operations in Colombia, Venezuela and four countries in Central America.
Previous to his time with Coca-Cola FEMSA, he was an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney’s Latin American Division.
Mr. Pado received his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
He received his BA from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, with a major in Mechanical Engineering and Management.
