Rick Fletcher is a Founder and President of HRchitect, Inc. He is a Founding Editor of the IHRIM.Link Magazine.
Prior to joining HRchitect, he worked with Blockbuster, FedEx, Southwest Airlines, The Mayo Clinic, Raytheon and Sprint.
Previously, Mr. Fletcher was Managing Director of Consulting Services at The Consulting Team.
Before that, he held various management positions with human resource software and consulting firms including CDG & Associates, Dyer Wells and Genesys Software Systems.
Mr. Fletcher has 25 years experience in the human resource software and consulting industries.
He received a BBA degree from Stephen F Austin University.
