Bradford & Co., which included over 50 specialists dedicated to the health care services industry, financial institutions, telecommunications, restaurants and other industries.
Mr. Doolittle has extensive health care, merger and acquisition, buyout and venture capital experience.
He served as Department Manager of Corporate Finance for 12 years and was also a member of the Firm's Commitment Committee.
Mr. Doolittle was General Partner of JCB Venture Partnerships I through V and was President of J.C.
Bradford Properties, Inc. Upon the sale of J.C.
Bradford & Co. in June 2000, Mr. Doolittle led its health care team when it moved to Jefferies & Company, Inc. Mr. Doolittle is an investor in, and advisor to, the management company for CHP I.
He also serves on the first fund's exit committee.
He will join the Management Company of the Fund as a Principal.
During the last 30 years, Mr. Doolittle has been directly involved in over 200 investment banking transactions with both large and small companies.
He has led initial public offerings for companies such as American Healthways, Inc., Central Parking Corporation, ClinTrials Research, Inc., and Community Health Systems, Inc. He also has been involved in a financial advisory capacity in domestic and international financings for First Financial Management Corp., Genesis Health Ventures, Inc., HealthTrust, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, Humana, Inc., and Ingram Industries, Inc.
