He has spent the past 23 years as an investment banker & venture capitalist, where he has been instrumental in the development of over 200 businesses with early stage funding in excess of 2B dollars.
He was a Director of MyMedicalRecords.com, Inc. and he co-founded the company in 2005.
Mr. Armstrong currently serves on the Board of the B Intune Foundation which is committed to educational excellence through music and the arts, as well as the health and human services for all youth.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Galaxy Classroom, a comprehensive online instructional solution to teach science, technology and math programs within public and private schools.
He also serves on the Board of the Nobel Charitable Trust Foundation.
He is a Director of Infrastructure Risk Management, an International Response, Recovery and Disaster Administration organization.
Mr. Armstrong is graduated from the University of Hawaii.
