Ruud Hagendijk

Mr. Ruud Hagendijk is Chief Executive Officer at Mn Services Vermogensbeheer BV.
He was appointed to the Executive Board of Mn Services in 1997, where his portfolio comprised information technology and pensions and insurance.
He was also appointed to the Executive Committee of Stichting Ondernemingspensioenfonds Mn Services.
From 1986 to 1997, he headed the sectoral pensions department of the GAK (social insurance agency), he was then appointed head of the Employers Basic & Policy Administration department.
He was made Director Administration Contracts and became a member of the management team, with responsibility for policy and product development and administration clients.
From 1978 to 1986, he held several positions with Amsterdam Social Services, including managing a project relating to the introduction and implementation of the One-Off Payment to Employees/Self-Employed Act (WEU).
Mr. Hagendijk graduated in business administration at Amsterdam University in 1996.
He majored in policy and governance and devoted extra time in his studies to business culture, organisation and management.
At the pre-university level, he had previously gained his HEAO (higher education in business and commercial services) diploma.
