Mr. Ryan E.
Kelley, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Bell Investment Advisors, Inc. He became a member of the Bell Team in 2019.
With over nine years of prior Financial Services experience, he is responsible for reviewing the firm’s investment choices, programs, and allocations.
He enjoys analyzing investments and financial markets, as well as learning about new philosophies of investing.
He is committed to serving the needs of clients and is passionate about designing thoughtful portfolios for clients.
He serves as a member of Bell’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the Bell team, Mr. Kelley worked for a boutique emerging markets asset manager where he focused on institutional client service and business development.
He has also has worked as a Portfolio Manager for a retirement-focused Broker-Dealer in the Santa Barbara, California area.
He spent part of his early thirties living in Santiago, Chile, where he improved his Spanish and worked as a Senior Investment Analyst for the country’s largest annuity provider, focusing on Latin American corporate debt offerings and custom derivative hedging solutions.
He received his bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
