Ryland Lucie

Prior to joining Greenfield Partners in 2006, Mr. Lucie was an Associate with Lincoln Property Co. in the Multifamily Group.
His responsibilities included underwriting new multifamily acquisition and development opportunities and oversight of new developments.
Before joining Lincoln Property, he was an Analyst with Banc of America Securities in its Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he provided financial advisory and merger analysis for publicly traded real estate investment trusts and real estate opportunity funds.
Mr. Lucie received his BS in Business Administration from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and earned an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
