Stephan Bourbonnais

Mr. Stephan Bourbonnais is an Executive Vice President-Wealth Management at iA Financial Corp., Inc. and a President & Chief Executive Officer at iA Private Wealth, Inc. He with more than 25 years of financial sector experience.
He is focused on ensuring that iA Private Wealth’s Investment Advisors have the support and resources they need to deliver on their goal of securing the financial well-being of Canadians from coast to coast.
Prior to joining iA Private Wealth, Mr. Bourbonnais was Senior Vice-President and Regional Director, Eastern Canada, at TD Wealth Management.
In this role, he led all high-net-worth business lines, overseeing investment advisors, portfolio managers, private bankers and the wealth planning team across Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
He also served on TD’s national committee and management committee for Quebec, and held the role of Chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Committee for TD Wealth Management in Quebec.
Previously, he held senior executive positions at a number of major financial institutions.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an MBA from HEC Montreal.
