Stéphane Emmanuel Parlebas

Mr. Stéphane E.
Parlebas is a Partner & Senior Portfolio Manager at Chenavari Credit Partners LLP.
He focused on the European Financials Strategy, specialising in relative value strategies in bonds and CDS.
He has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.
Prior to joining Chenavari, Mr. Parlebas spent 6 years with SGAM AI and Lyxor Asset Management where he held the position of Co-Head of Credit Management.
He was responsible for setting up the credit team from scratch, mandated to develop credit funds and corporate CDOs.
When SGAM AI merged with Lyxor Asset Management in September 2009, Mr. Parlebas played a pivotal role in the transfer of CSO management mandates to Chenavari, representing an amount of €1.2bn.
Before SGAM AI, he started his career at Commerzbank AG in Paris, first as a buy side Credit Analyst and subsequently as a fixed income Portfolio Manager.
He left SGAM AI as Deputy Head of the structured credit portfolio in 1999.
Mr. Parlebas holds an Executive Masters in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from IEP Paris.
