Stephen P. DesJardins

Mr. DesJardins graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E.
from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and received his M.B.A.
from Wharton in 1997.
After business school, Mr. DesJardins joined the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, where he served as a generalist in the investment banking department.
Mr. DesJardins most recently held the title of Director and was a member of the real estate investment banking group at Credit Suisse First Boston, which acquired DLJ in 2000.
From 1999 to 2001 Mr. DesJardins served as a founding partner of Encore Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm focused on early stage technology investing.
Mr. DesJardins began his career in investment banking in 1990, serving in the mergers and acquisitions group at Salomon Brothers and later with Gleacher & Co..
His experience also includes positions at principal investment firm Eos Partners, L.P.
and with Rockrimmon Securities, LLC, where he served as an equity options trader and market-maker on the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. DesJardins joined Ivory Investment Management, L.P.
in March 2004.
