As an Executive Advisor to Blue Sea Capital, assists with the evaluation and management of the firm’s healthcare investments.
He is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery, corneal transplant surgery, medical and surgical treatment of corneal diseases and refractive surgery.
He has been in private practice with Delray Eye Associates, PA since 1985.
Steven is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an Associate Examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology.
He currently serves as a Voluntary Professor on the clinical faculty at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where he previously held a full-time faculty position.
He is the recipient of The Best Doctors in America and the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Senior Achievement and Secretariat awards.
Dr. Rosenfeld is married with two children.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and tennis and fly fishing around the globe.
