Sue M. Ross

Ms. Ross joined HWCM in 1999.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked in London, England for S G Warburg & Co. and more latterly Mercury Asset Management, which was bought by Merrill Lynch in 1997.
In both of these positions, her responsibilities included recruitment, training and development, career counseling, performance and disciplinary advice, creation of role descriptions and the administration of appraisal and pay review processes.
She was also part of the teams responsible for the Companies' Graduate Recruitment Campaign which involved visiting UK and European universities, giving presentations and interviewing potential candidates.
She transferred to Los Angeles from London in 1999.
