Thomas Dorr

Mr. Tom Dorr, CFA MBA, is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners (PE).
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners in 2000, he served 14 years with Weyerhaeuser Company, most recently as a managing director of Weyerhaeuser Company's Pension Fund Investment Group, where he was responsible for private markets investments.
Previously, he held other management positions at Weyerhaeuser, including vice president of finance and planning for one of Weyerhaeuser Company's largest businesses.
Prior to joining Weyerhaeuser, he was a consultant at Bain & Company.
He has 28 years of relevant industry experience.
Mr. Dorr received a B.S.
degree with highest honors in Agricultural Economics from the University of California at Davis and an M.B.A.
(as an Arjay Miller Scholar) from Stanford University.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
