Harvest Global Investments Ltd. (HGI) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (HFM), an asset management company headquartered in China. Founded in 2008, HGI provides discretionary portfolio management services to their clients, sometimes with the assistance of HFM, serving as the investment adviser to pooled investment vehicles sponsored by other financial firms. They also provide investment advisory services on behalf of sophisticated institutional investors to separately managed accounts.

Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (HFM) is an independent Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 1999. In 2005, they became a joint venture between China Credit Trust Co., Ltd. (40%), Lixin Investment Co., Ltd. (30%) and Deutsche Asset Management Co., Ltd. (30%). Headquartered in Beijing with additional office in Shanghai, the firm offers a range of domestic equity and fixed-income funds for individual, retail, institutional and Enterprise Annuity investors based in China. HFM is a responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

Baring Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. (BAM-Asia) is an asset management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded in 1976 and is a subsidiary of Baring Asset Management (Asia) Holdings Ltd., which is ultimately owned by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in the US. BAM-Asia manages assets locally and distributes their institutional products and managed funds to a range of clients which includes central banks and pension funds. They distribute their retail funds via intermediaries.
