Tim Koch

As CFO for Iconixx, Mr. Koch was instrumental in structuring the management buy-out giving KBH sole control and maintaining solid financial basis to enable continued growth of the enterprise.
Mr. Koch was also a co-founder of nCent Software managing the financial operations and forecasts for the start-up enterprise.
Prior to joining KBH/Iconixx, Mr. Koch has extensive experience in the communications and software industries.
As a consultant for Bits & Advice, Mr. Koch implemented shop floor automation systems for machine shops, co-founded a telecommunications technology enterprise, and assisted with other financial and technical tasks with a variety of companies.
Mr. Koch was the Manager of Kenwood Systems Group, a partnership between Kenwood and IWL.
At Kenwood Systems, Mr. Koch was instrumental in developing a teamwork-oriented culture focusing on growth and cost controls.
Prior to Kenwood Systems, Mr. Koch was Vice President for Coastel Offshore Cellular, a Fluor/US West venture.
As with Kenwood, Mr. Koch implemented a revitalized culture with bonus incentives tied to increased productivity, revenue, cash flow, and cellular usage while lowering expenses.
Mr. Koch brought the accounting operation in-house as well as developed cellular billing software.
Mr. Koch also developed unique ideas to capture revenue in an offshore cellular environment including cellular payphones, and cellular debit cards.
Mr. Koch received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
