Company converted from Co-operative to Corporation through a triangular merger with Dakota Growers Pasta Restructuring Cooperative and Dakota Growers Corporation. The customers of the Group include retailers, food processors, restaurants, hotels, colleges, universities, schools, airlines, in-office cafeteria facilities and transportation services.
