Tom Wolf

Mr. Wolf has held several positions within RBC including most recently Senior Vice President of Channels & Integration Services, where he was responsible for delivering integrated technological solutions across all RBC channels and lines of business.
His responsibilities included channel application strategy, architecture, development and maintenance for both self-service and assisted-service channels.
Channel solution areas include online banking, online brokerage, online cash management, ATMs, contact centers, branches, investment advisor services, and other Internet and Intranet solutions.
Mr. Wolf was also Senior Vice President of eBusiness at RBC where he was responsible for accelerating and focusing innovation on new revenue and cost reduction opportunities in the world of Electronic Commerce and the Internet.
He has held the position of head of technology for Global Services, one of RBC’s lines of business, as well as had responsibility for RBC’s enterprise technology and payment strategies.
Before joining RBC in February 2000, Mr. Wolf was at Mellon Bank Corporation of Pittsburgh.
He joined Mellon Bank in 1993 and served in a variety of positions including senior vice-president of the Strategic Technology Group.
Mr. Wolf also held senior positions focused on advanced technology at The Boston Company and Cognitive Systems.
Before the founding of Cognitive Systems, he was on the research staff of the Yale Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
Currently, Mr. Wolf is a member of the board of directors of Mediagrif Technologies Inc. He has served as a director for several other companies including RBC Action Direct (RBC’s discount broker) and CashEdge Inc. Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in applied mathematics, from Brown University.
