Toya Brooks

Toya joined Lynx in October 2022 as Senior Human Resources Generalist.
In her role, Toya aims to advance organizations, develop focused leaders, and energize employees.
Toya provides guidance, resources, and solutions to Lynx' North American subsidiaries; she also assists with the creation, maintenance, and improvement of HR practices and policies.
Toya is a dynamic HR professional with an undergraduate degree in Justice, Political Philosophy, and Law and a Master’s in Labour Relations.
She has 9 years of progressive experience in HR with a special focus on compliance and employee relations.
Prior to joining Lynx, Toya worked in the healthcare industry; she has extensive experience working with international and subsidiary companies; as well as creating operational efficiencies, restructuring organizations, analyzing HR metrics and performance management, and completing workplace investigations.
In her free time, Toya loves spending time with her many friends and very large family, and is always excited for an adventure.
