Prior to forming the Aegir Fund, he was a Principal at Centre Partners, a New York-based private equity fund he joined in 1995.
At Centre Partners, he participated in leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in sectors including consumer products, food, retail, media, and senior housing.
He received a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
