Vinay Kumar Modi is currently the Chairman at the Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Chairman at Modi Rubber Ltd., Chairman at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad, President of the Steel Furnace Association of India, President of The All India Glass Manufacturers' Federation, Member-Board of Governors at The Scindia School, and President of Atma (India).

Mr. Modi completed his undergraduate degree at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in 1965.
