William Gauger

Mr. Gauger previously formed EnCap Golf, LLC, a brownfield development company, and subsequently partnered with Cherokee Investment Partners of Raleigh, NC, to form Cherokee Northeast.
Prior to forming EnCap, Mr. Gauger was the owner of Ithaca Capital, Inc., a firm which specialized in raising capital for the environmental industry.
Prior thereto, Mr. Gauger was a Corporate Banking Manager and member of the Regional Credit Committee with NationsBank and a Vice President with Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Gauger received a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
