Wilson Chen is the Chief Executive Officer for Tishman Speyer China and oversees all aspects of operation, business development and joint venture strategy in the region.
Wilson served as Chief Investment Officer for Tishman Speyer China, where he successfully launched the firm’s RMB fund platform and was responsible for capital raising, acquisition and disposition activities and portfolio management in China, as well as supporting the firm’s global fund-raising efforts.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2010, Wilson worked at CBRE Global Investors, Lehman Brothers and Paul Hastings.
He has extensive experience in capital markets, equity investment, senior and mezzanine debt financing, pre-IPO financing and asset management.
He holds a BA in law from Nanjing University and an MS in economic law from both Martin Luther University in Germany and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.?
