En vertu de l'article 8:4 de l'arrêté royal du 29 avril 2019 portant exécution du Code des sociétés et associations, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage déclare avoir procédé aux opérations de rachat suivantes d'actions propres sur le marché réglementé NYSE Euronext Bruxelles. Au 12/04/2024, le nombre d'actions rachetées depuis le 2 octobre 2023 était de 17 943 (1,1 % du nombre total d'actions) pour un montant total de € 4 698 317,00. In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 12/04/2024, bedroeg het aantal sinds 2 oktober 2023 teruggekochte aandelen 17 943 (1,1 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 4 698 317,00. On 12/04/2024, the number of shares bought back since October 2, 2023 amounted to 17 943 (1,1 % of the total number of shares) for a total amount of € 4 698 317,00.
