Au 15/12/2023, le nombre d'actions rachetées depuis le 2 octobre 2023 était de 4 465 (0,3 % du nombre total d'actions) pour un montant total de € 1 219 969,00. In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 15/12/2023, bedroeg het aantal sinds 2 oktober 2023 teruggekochte aandelen 4 465 (0,3 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 1 219 969,00. On 15/12/2023, the number of shares bought back since October 2, 2023 amounted to 4 465 (0,3 % of the total number of shares) for a total amount of € 1 219 969,00.
