EXMAR Netherlands BV - Buyback of bonds

EXMAR Netherlands BV, a fully owned subsidiary of EXMAR NV ("EXMAR"), yesterday bought back a nominal value of NOK 87 million in the EXMAR02 bond with ISIN NO0010852767 and maturity date 27 May 2022.

In total, EXMAR has now bought back a nominal value of NOK 135 million of the EXMAR02 bond.

EXMAR Netherlands BV, een 100% dochtervennootschap van EXMAR NV ("EXMAR"), heeft gisteren een nominale waarde van 87 miljoen NOK teruggekocht in de EXMAR02 obligatielening met ISIN NO0010852767 en vervaldatum 27 mei 2022.

In totaal heeft EXMAR nu een nominale waarde van 135 miljoen NOK van de EXMAR02 obligatielening teruggekocht.
