Adil Dahlawi

Adil bin Saud Dahlawi is the founder and currently holds the position of Managing Partner & Managing Director at Mauthouq Financial Consultancy, which was founded in 2017.
He is also currently a Director at Taajeer Group Co. In the past, Mr. Dahlawi held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Itqan Capital Co. from 2012 to 2017.
He was also the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Itqan Capital Co. (Private Equity).
Additionally, he served as the Chief Executive Officer-Counsel at Dallah Al Barakah Holding Co. from 2022 to 2023.
Mr. Dahlawi was a Non-Executive Director at Dallah Healthcare Co. and the Managing Director at Dallah Investment Holding Co. from 2020 to 2022.
Prior to that, he worked as a Corporate Banking Relations Officer at Banque Saudi Fransi from 1994 to 2002.
He also held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Dallah Al Barakah Holding Co. from 2006 to 2011, and Assistant Chief Investment Officer from 2018 to 2020.
Mr. Dahlawi completed his graduate studies at The University of Colorado and obtained his undergraduate degree from King Saud University in 1993.
