(Schroder SG) is the Singapore-based mutual fund management subsidiary of Schroders Plc (LSE: SDR, ADR: SHNWY), a British multinational asset management company headquartered in London. Yarra Investment Management Ltd. (YIML) is an asset management firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded in 1989 as Instanta Ltd. and underwent through numerous name changes. They were recently known as Nikko Asset Management Australia Ltd. (Nikko AM Australia). In April 2021, Yarra Capital Management Holdings Pty Ltd. acquired Nikko AM Australia and the firm subsequently became Yarra Investment Management Ltd. YIML manages assets of institutional, superannuation funds, charitable trusts and private clients across Australia.
