The firm was established in 1990 and is known locally as SEB Gyllenberg Rahastoyhtiö Oy, or SEB Gyllenberg Fondbolag Ab. Based in Helsinki, the firm manages Finland-registered SEB Gyllenberg mutual funds, and distributes funds managed within the parent group as well as externally. Founded in 1911, the firm was formerly known as SEB Gyllenberg Asset Management AB and changed their name to SEB Wealth Management Finland Ltd. in 2011. Headquartered in Helsinki, SEB Wealth Management provides asset management services to large institutions and private investors.
