Founded in 1956, the firm was formerly known as Union-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH and changed their name to Union Investment Privatfonds GmbH in 2002. AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH (AXA IM DE) is a multi-specialist asset management firm headquartered in Cologne, Germany. The firm was founded in 1994 and is a subsidiary of Accor SA (EPA: AC) in France.
