Andrey Removich Bokarev is the founder of Melodia LLC, which was founded in 2016.
He is currently the Chairman of Kuzbassrazrezugol Coal Co. OJSC since 1999, Chairman of Kuzbass Union of Employers Regional Association of Employers since 2006, Director of Metrostroy Invest, Director of Kapital Layf Strakhovaniye Zhizni OOO since 2019, Director of RPC United Wagon Co. PJSC since 2019, Director of Concern Kalashnikov JSC since 2014, Member-Management Board of The Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs since 2006, Member-Management Board of Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs Ass of Employ since 2006, President of Association of Russian Public Organizations since 2010, President of Freestyle Federation of Russia since 2010, and President of Russian Ski Association since 2010.
He has formerly held positions as Director of Rosneft Oil Co. from 2014 to 2015, President & Director of Transmashholding JSC from 2004 to 2022, Director of Rosneftegaz JSC from 2013 to 2014, and Director of The Breakers Investments BV, ROSSETI PJSC, and The International Ski Federation.
Mr. Bokarev obtained his undergraduate degree from Financial University in 1990.
