Meola is General Counsel at Altium Wealth Management LLC.
He began his career at Shearman & Sterling handling complex corporate transactional matters for Fortune 500 companies.
In 2002, he moved to Washington D.C.
and worked at Howrey, LLP handling corporate and intellectual property matters for some of the largest companies in the world.
For the past 5 years, he has maintained a private practice in Purchase, New York servicing clients in a wide range of businesses including technology, finance and business services.
His practice has encompassed all manner of advice for business clients including corporate creation and structure, business contracts and operations, employment matters, intellectual property and corporate succession planning.
After earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stony Brook University, Mr. Meola attended law school at Touro Law Center and then received a Master Degree in Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
