Formerly known as Astor Investment Advisors SIM SpA, the firm was founded by Francesco Marini Clarelli and Giovanni Jody Vender in 2008. Decalia manages institutional portfolios for various investors and provides investment advisory and consulting services to both private and institutional clients.
