Mr. Goossens has been advising listed and non-listed corporates on M&A, fund raising, IR strategy and equity research since 2013.
Prior to that, he has close to 20 years of equity markets experience covering Belgian listed corporates and advising institutional investors worldwide.
Mr. Goossens worked for top investment banks in London, Paris and Brussels including SBC Warburg, ABN AMRO, ING and Exane BNP Paribas.
His career was focused on Belgian equity research, with top investor survey rankings, and included senior management roles at ING and at Exane.
During his career, he was involved in several IPOs and secondary offerings, writing equity research and pitching the investment cases to investors worldwide.
He holds a Master in Business Administration from the Louvain School of Management.
