Bill Ashmore

Bill Ashmore joined Ethos in 1999 with responsibility for senior and mezzanine debt relationships, marketing and public relations.
He has a long track record of arranging and structuring significant debt finance for private equity transactions and has an intimate knowledge of international and local debt pricing and structuring practices, investment structures and BEE funding models.
More recently, Bill Ashmore played a pivotal role in the creation of the OPIC facility and the raising of a Euro high-yield bond at Savcio.
Bill Ashmore was a vice president of Corporate Banking with Citibank South Africa and headed the Corporate Banking and Structured/Project Finance business for FirstCorp Merchant Bank.
Subsequently, he served as a divisional general manager of First National Bank.
