Bruce Douglas Lundstrom

He previously worked as Secretary, Director & Vice President at GulfMark Offshore, Inc. and as General Counsel at Prisma Energy International, Inc. From 2007 to 2019, he worked at Tidewater, Inc. where he held the positions of Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer & Executive VP.
Mr. Lundstrom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1985 and his graduate degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1988.
